These terms are an agreement between StarDyn, LLC ("StarDyn", "we") and the company on whose behalf you use the Stardyn License portal at license.stardyn.com (the "Portal"). By creating an account or using the Portal you accept them.
The Portal is where customers purchase, activate and manage licenses for StarDyn software products. Each software product also has its own license terms delivered with the product; these Portal terms govern the account, purchasing and license administration.
You must provide accurate company and billing information and keep it current. Portal members act on behalf of their company: purchases, cancellations and license operations made by a member bind that company. Keep your sign-in email secure — sign-in links sent to it grant access. End any session you do not recognise from the Account page, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
Subscriptions run for the purchased period. Renewal produces a new invoice; nothing is charged automatically without your action. You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Portal: the delivered license keeps running to the end of its paid period and is not renewed after. Expired licenses degrade as described for the product — licensed extras stop while the product's core keeps starting.
Payments for delivered, activated licenses are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with an order — a duplicate payment, an unclaimed purchase, a delivery failure — write to us and we will put it right; refunds we grant are issued against the original invoice.
You may not use the Portal to break the law, to probe or overload the service, to attempt access to other customers' data, or to forge license activations. We may suspend access that endangers the service or other customers, and will tell you why.
StarDyn software, the Portal and everything in them remain the property of StarDyn, LLC and its licensors. Your data remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Portal is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarDyn disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from the Portal is limited to the amounts your company paid through it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time; paid-for perpetual licenses survive account closure. We may terminate for material breach of these terms if the breach is not cured within 14 days of notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If we change these terms materially, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email before the change applies; continued use after that date is acceptance.
